SMOKING: All our rooms are non-smoking, as is the lodge itself, including all areas around the house. Also no candles or incense please. We can direct you to outdoor locations where you may smoke. If you smoke in your room there will be a $250 cleaning charge.

COMMUNICATIONS: Cellphone coverage inside is not always reliable. Though, we do offer complimentary WiFi throughout the Pineapple House.

MINIMUM STAY: A two-night minimum stay is required for booking on-line. A three-night minimum stay is required for some holiday weekends.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in time is 4 PM to 9 PM. You can drop off luggage etc. earlier than 4 PM or arrive later than 9 PM - please just call ahead to let us know. Check-out time is 11 AM.

DEPOSITS: When you book, a deposit of $140 per room will be charged to your credit card.

CANCELLATIONS and CHANGES:

If your travel plans change and you must cancel or change your reservation: Call or email us as soon as possible.

A full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 5 days of check-in.
